Terms of Service

1. The service

Orbit, built by Cybersphere ("we", "us"), is an AI assistant for teams. It connects to workspace tools you authorize, works over chat and an iMessage number provisioned for your organization, can join your meetings as a notetaker when invited, and can act proactively on schedules and triggers you configure. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if you create a workspace, your organization.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You need an account and an organization workspace to use Orbit, and you must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. You are responsible for the people you invite and for keeping credentials secure. Workspace admins control which apps Orbit may access on the organization's behalf; when an admin connects a workspace app, the whole team's requests act through that connection. Individual members control their personal app connections.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't use Orbit to break the law, to spam, or to harass anyone.
• Don't attempt to access another organization's data.
• Don't probe, overload, or interfere with the service's operation, or resell it without our agreement.
• Only record meetings where you have the consent the law of your region requires.
• Messages and emails Orbit drafts or sends on your behalf are yours: review anything where a mistake would matter.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Orbit is a paid subscription billed through our billing provider, month to month; access can also be granted by an access code we issue. You can manage your plan, payment method, and cancellation from Billing inside the product; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Fair-use limits apply to keep the service healthy, and demo access granted by access code is time-limited and may be revoked.

5. Messaging consent

When you verify your phone number, you consent to receive iMessage or SMS texts from your organization's Orbit number, including proactive messages you configure such as morning briefs and alerts. Message and data rates may apply. You can limit or stop messages from notification settings, by disconnecting your number, or by deleting your account.

6. Your content and AI output

You own your content. You give us the permissions needed to process it in order to operate the service, and nothing more. Orbit uses large language models: output can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Verify anything consequential, like scheduling, money, or commitments, before relying on it.

7. Termination

You may stop using Orbit and delete your workspace or account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service. On termination we delete workspace data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product before they take effect, and continued use after that means you accept them. Questions: support@getcybersphere.com.
